The girls started recreational soccer this week - two practices and one game! This is both Millie and Ruby's first time playing and I was a little nervous. Getting to practice was hairy at times - we haven't had to juggle activities like so many others, but I think that will get easier with time! Both the girls played really well - Millie plays it more safe (staying in her position) and really encouraging her teammates. Ruby is definitely more aggressive (at this point) and isn't afraid to make contact! Hopefully she won't be a total hack like her mother. I am quite sure I still hold the record for foul-outs at Tonganoxie Jr. High and High school! Hoping to get some video next game!
