There are Fairies in the Garden

I was buying some hostas at the garden store the other day and they had a fairy garden on display.  The had taken a small container, added various ground covers and put in a couple small miniature pieces of furniture.  As I was planting them later I noticed an area of the garden that could use a little help and the light bulb went off, "let's build a fairy garden".  Of course we can never do anything simple (or cheap) it seems, so hours (which turned into weeks) later and after at least 5 different trips to various stores we are now the proud caretakers to a fairy garden.  The girls and I did have a fun time brainstorming all the various ways we could create a peaceful, beautiful place for the fairies to live.
