The girls went to a sleep over last Thursday so Matt and I had a date night. Since he got me on the river catching fish in Buena Vista earlier this month I have been chomping at the bit to get back out there. Thursday he took me out to Bear Creek and we fished together. I am still learning, but I did manage to hook 4-5 fish and land a couple. Matt is a very patient teacher and only "stole" a couple of my fish. The catch of the day?!?!...Matt had two fish on the line at the same time!!! Pretty good huh?!?! We had a really nice time together and I look forward to cultivating is hobby together. There is even talk of me getting my own gear. I have my eye on a pretty blue wading pack - just because I am fishing doesn't mean I can't look cute!
